Firm Size: What would you gain by working for an established law firm with a prestigious name? The advantages, of course, are many. You will probably earn a higher wage, and there may be more opportunities and more diverse work roles than in a smaller firm. For someone who is just starting out in the business, working for a large firm will look good on your resume. On the other hand, a new and inexperienced lawyer could get lost in the crowd in a large practice. Work Culture: Keep in mind that each law firm may service a different type of clientele and support a certain work style or work ethic.
