Catherine David graduated with an honours degree in Design from Auckland Varsity in 1992. In 2009 she graduated with a Msc in "Museums and Cultural Heritage" - a curating degree.
Catherine David started her NZ design career with a selection of soft furniture and bed linen. A collection of this range has been backed up by the Auckland War Memorial Museum, New Zealand. Catherine David NZ Design Limited now designs and manufactures a variety of functional homeware products which are distributed all though New Zealand and worldwide. The range covers a great number of materials and functions.
