Also named a CCJ, a county court judgement is actually a ruling by way of a County Court or even a higher court with regards to a bad debt.

If you are unlucky and the debtor still doesn't pay then a court can demand payment in various ways. These include a call from the bailiffs to remove items to a specific value or even a third party debt order meaning the court can get money directly from the debtors current account.
