Choosing The Right DVD Replication Company
Do not kid yourself, not all DVD replication companies are of the same class. Please do not fall into a trap that I certainly fell into - that was to accept the cheapest quote - this turned out to be one hell of a big mistake. Within this article I will be writing about my many experiences of choosing a DVD replication company, which may help you to avoid making some of the mistakes that I did.
I have been using the services of DVD duplication, replication and Dvd Authoring companies for the last four years for my retail security and personal trainer businesses and have had, unfortunately, some rather unpleasant experiences. I would have to say that, to my credit, I have learnt from these disappointments and I have also learnt a great deal along the way.
For me, the actual quality of the replication is of course paramount and you may be surprised that a number of companies are unable to provide this. I personally always ask for a free review before commiting to a companies full blown service. If the company in question refuses to offer you a free sample then my advice would be to continue your search.
Speed is of the essence, another famous saying. Of course not everybody will need the task to be completed by a certain date however most will. Ensuring a DVD replication company can provide you with a timeline is another must, if they provide this but are unable to deliver on time, without a reasonable reason, then again you could do better - keep on looking etc.
Customer service in all forms should be a given in this extremely competitive sector and anything less than professional with regards to customer service is just not good enough.
