Greatest feature of the Summer Infant Day & Night Handheld Color Video Monitor
The video screen of course! What could be greater than that? While other baby monitors only let you hear the sounds in the nursery, the Summer baby monitor also shows you what’s going on with your baby. That is what separates it from most other baby monitors. It comes with the standard sound light indicators on the nursery unit that will give you the general level of activity of your baby. Then on the camera, there’s the nighttime LED lights that allow you to see your baby. All you have to do is push a button to see what your baby’s up to. It has a 350-foot range assuring you that you can monitor your baby from any place in your home.
The nitty-gritty and everything in between
The video screen is 1.8 inches; enough for any parent to monitor their little one. During the day, the monitor is in full color. At nighttime, the screen is black-and-white. Superior sound clarity is achieved because of the 900 MHz technology on the parent unit. You have the option to switch channels for a clearer reception. The dual power option is great if you want the choice between A/C and battery (rechargeable). The parent’s unit has an output jack for audio/video and a volume and brightness control. The stand or the belt clip on the parent’s unit makes it portable. You can also mount the parent’s unit on a wall with an anchor and a set of security clips. The baby’s unit can be wall-mounted or placed on a sturdy flat surface.
